It shows a medium gold color, as well as great aromatics of baked apple pie and tropical fruits, honeycomb, buttered bread, and touches of wet river rock. These lead into a medium to full bodied wine that‟s well textured and seamless, showing sweet, round fruit and good acidity on the finish. All in all, a very well done, rich Roussanne that is drinking beautifully.Pairing Suggestion:
