The nose is dictated by freshly shaved lemon zest with recently picked green apples, hints of toasted Brioche displays complexity. On the pallet green apples are confirmed and lead the way into what becomes a complex array of flavor. This includes rich lemon mousse. The structure of this wine sets it apart from other California sparkling wines, showcasing high levels of acidity, and proper mousse structure.
